HS-YYM Series

HS has independently developed a new type of professional intelligent metal grinding equipment, which can achieve a one-pass, all-round and uniform removal of burrs generated during the above processing. It is suitable for stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, cold plates, carbon steel, galvanized plates and other plates. It can be widely used in industries such as automotive parts, aerospace, medical machinery, and precision sheet metal processing.

Introduction

This machine consists of two sanding stations, compatible with various grit belts. It's primarily used to remove burrs from metal sheets after cutting or stamping. It can also be used to remove rust and oxide layers from sheet metal surfaces, depending on the application.

6. PLC program control ensures stable output and simple maintenance.
7. Excellent safety features include alarms, automatic sanding belt stop upon power failure, and effective limit switches at various positions.
8. Within the machine's processing range, workpiece size is virtually unlimited, even small workpieces can be sanded.
