HS-YYMRL Series
HS has independently developed a new type of professional intelligent metal grinding equipment, which can achieve a one-pass, all-round and uniform removal of burrs generated during the above processing. It is suitable for stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, cold plates, carbon steel, galvanized plates and other plates. It can be widely used in industries such as automotive parts, aerospace, medical machinery, and precision sheet metal processing.
Introduction
This machine consists of two sanding belt stations, a chamfering roller brush station, and a set of brush rollers. It can be equipped with sanding belts and brushes of varying mesh sizes. It's primarily used to remove burrs from metal sheets after cutting or stamping. Additionally, it can be used to remove rust and oxide layers from sheet metal surfaces, as well as perform chamfering. It can also be used for brushing stainless steel sheets.
Advantages
1. This machine features two grinding stages, using rubber rollers to drive the abrasive belts. It can remove burrs while preserving the oxide layer, or completely remove the oxide layer.
2. Four, six, or eight rollers rotate, with adjacent rollers rotating in opposite directions. This ensures the abrasive reaches every part of the product, resulting in optimal chamfering.
3. A touchscreen human-machine interface system ensures easy operation.
4. The rubber rollers driving the abrasive belts feature an eccentric shaft design, ensuring safety and allowing for easy adjustment to suit various working conditions.
5. The entire frame is welded from thickened profiles, ensuring stable operation and facilitating lifting and forklift operation.
6. Dual-station drive motors provide ample power.
7. PLC control ensures stable output and simple maintenance.
8. Safety features include automatic abrasive belt stop upon alarm and power failure, and effective limit switches at each position.
9. Within the machine's processing range, workpiece size is virtually unlimited, even small workpieces can be ground.
10. Each station can be started individually or together.
